Quaint restaurant, good food and nice service.

The location in the city would be great if you didn't have to walk so far to the parking garage, the service guys were friendly and helpful, the room was okay, toothbrush cups would be helpful, well, and the four of us also got the TV going can ;-) The courtesy reviews from Arndt von Liebermann (German language-difficult language ?!) and Marvin Brandmann, who work for the operators themselves, seem strange, however, so the average here would have to be adjusted ...

top location for exploring Lüneburg, small hotel with a good price-performance ratio, practically in the middle of the old town of Lüneburg and next to traditional inns, about 200m away there is an underground car park from the hotel, which is easily accessible even with a trolley, very good WiFi

cobwebs in the bathroom light in the toilet defective chair completely dismounted breakfast at 8:00 a.m. sharp and in corona times ..... breakfast ksbuffet. and that for € 80 single room

A month ago, the staff was very courteous and prudent, we had a conflict with guest W. Who has rated here. The staff reacted to the provocation very carefully. The behavior of W. borders on blackmail, unimaginable why such pers. Write and publish uncensored and deceptive recessions yourself. Narcissism? Egomaniac? For us it was very good, friendly and considerate. Top location, historical monument, house with lots of flair. Great value for money in the middle of the old town, more central is not possible. 5 Stars

I still have to smile when I think of the hotel. Furniture and design put together. Room clean. Bathroom without heating> fairly cold. Could be a nice hotel with more design skill. Ergo: I had a bed and a roof over my head. Garni: but something of nothing. Plus point: friendly staff. Central location.

We were at the Christmas market for 1 night at the hotel. The service was excellent. The rooms absolutely clean. We felt very well. Thanks to the whole team. We will be back
